Starts off with someone answering the phone that doesn't speak English at all that just says "hello", no mention of the company name. Then I hear the person laugh and ask someone next to them "what did they say?" in Spanish. I do speak "house" Spanish, but when it comes to technical talk about appliance parts, you need to have someone who speaks English answer your phone. Honestly, i just hung and called another company in the area. It's the little things that matter, South Florida Appliance.
