Had a handful of different companies come out then tried to get me to sign a 15 years finance term the same day. Phil F came out, was super easy and explained it to me so that I could actually understand, wasn’t pushy about me saying yes on the job. They’ve been around forever, it’s family owned, and they clearly care when they put their name on it. Phil gave me a price, and that was exactly what I paid when they left, no extra fees or up charges. Had my whole back foundation fixed in less than a day. Good guys, the Forman and his crew were careful on not ruining the yard even though it was covered in snow and I didn’t care. Definitely recommend and will be using them for my sump pumps and French drain.

Phil and his crew were amazing in helping our little crisis. We had alot of rainwater in our basement in April coming thru the walls. I put in a claim, got my $$, hired SJWP and a French Drain was born. Later will be waterproofed walls.

I hired SJ Waterproofing based on the Google reviews, proximity to my property and excellent customer service/communication/coordination. I interacted with 3 employees (father, daughter and son) multiple times and was very impressed with all 3. I also asked the engineer who performed the assessment about them and he spoke very highly of them. My foundation had two walls bowed in between .5-1". Engineer mandated wall reinforcement for foundation certification. The folks at SJ waterproofing were very responsive, easy to work with, totally professional and they are now my go to for all future foundation needs. Phil resolved my sump pump and pit issue. He presented me with the best options. The work was clean and professional and provided pictures and updates since I live across the country. I highly recommend SJ Waterproofing for homeowners and landlords that require any sort of waterproofing. He also squeezed me in his schedule within a week after talking to him. Thanks again Phil!

I had Anthony come out and give me a estimate October 1st 2023 to level my floor on my kitchen. Gave them the job . Paid him on November 9th in full. Came back from Florida in April 2024 job was not done per contract. Came back again job still not done per contract.went to Florida in October of 2024. Came back in April of 2025. Kitchen still has slope . Called again and told him I will take him to court and I paid him in full. Came back again. Still not done right. Still can't put my hardwood floors down. Do not get this company. If I could give them a minus 5 I would.
