South Pearl Street Garage

Downtown resident, been using this garage for two years. Staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. They’ve even fixed up my car when I needed it. I think of them as my friends and highly recommend everyone park here. Nothing could be more convenient. I can remote start my car from the window and see it has turned on. Sure is nice to have my car in here while the streets are getting plowed.

Decent location close to the Belly of the Beast which is Albany. Parking spaces narrow, to such degree that compacts have to park in sections different from SUVs and cross-overs. Around $15 for three hours, so go figure. No elevators sighted during this review, so stairs alone coming and going. Dedicated ingress/egress for pedestrians, which is preferable.

This garage has plenty of parking and people worried about tight spaces can go higher if need be. Its location is great for any downtown event or shopping. The attendant was incredibly friendly and the price was very affordable.

This place is a joke. Bought a parking package online for a 4 day event. Which apparently didn’t have in and out privileges, so they expected you to never touch your car for the 4 days. When I asked for a refund they said no because it was within 24 hrs of the first day of the event, but they gave me an email to contact someone in management except they gave me the wrong email so I couldn’t get through to anyone. When I decided to just bite the bullet, I get to the garage and then they say oh sorry the expensive parking pass for the whole event is actually only good for one day. They claim the online system apparently had a glitch. The parking pass I bought online was more expensive than just paying in person for one day. I don't know what's happened here. Went to jurassic world live today, I drove up to the gate and the A frame $40?! Unreal for an event that did not even draw a main attraction. Not bashing the event just saying no one went out of there way to go to it. Thanks to official MVP parking garage not even a half mile Up the road for the $10 parking! Never again man.
