This is the second home I own where I have needed my pool cage screen replaced and both times I have had the opportunity to use South Pointe Property Enhancement. I was extremely pleased and impressed with the first cage they did for me, that when I needed it done at my new house, it was a no brainer to have Andrew and Chris come out again. I am extremely pleased with the craftsmanship, professionalism and attention to detail they put into my project. They were extremely professional and punctial. They explained to me before the job started what I needed to expect and they delivered. I recommend them 100%, they are heand and shoulders above their competition. Chris and Andrew exceeded expectations in doing my kitchen demo, remodel, painting and other associated work. They are very professional and have the knowledge & experience to deal with unexpected problems with calm and precision. My countertops were installed without issue due to Chris carefully assembling cabinets on the building’s less than ideal concrete floors. Every effort was made to maintain a clean work area. Estimates of timing & costs were accurate. Overall the job came out great thanks to the hard work of Chris, Andrew and their crew.
