South Shore Granite

I had a wonderful experience working with South Shore Granite on a granite pedestal for my fireplace. I reached out to 8 different companies and SSG stood out by how responsive and helpful they were. They sent me pictures of the stones they suggested, followed up on any additional information. What was an even nicer surprise (and not at all a timeline I heard from other fabricators) they delivered the stone to my door cut and polished 3 hours from when I placed the order! Highly recommended.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! I had a countertop installed in my in-law suite. They had what appeared to be several stones to choose from but then said almost all were already sold and unavailable. Then when I made a choice they did a bait and switch on me. From start to finish this purchase was a disaster. If I hadn’t given a deposit I would have ran. Ive had three different homes with bathrooms and kitchens I had previously dealt with Phil on (they were Northeast Marble at the time). These all were good experiences. Stopped in at ssg to get a price on countertops.the girl was informative and knowledgeable. The price was almost half of what I was quoted from another dealer. They came and measured my kitchen,and in 3 days I had perfect flawless granite countertops.a smooth transaction that I recommend to others

I paid a deposit on a particular granite slab in 2023. Finally got the templating done in September 2024 after our home renovation got back on track. I couldn’t get ahold of the company for eight weeks! I called and I emailed repeatedly, without any response. I finally went up to their store front only to discover that nothing had been done on my order AND they didn’t have the stone I selected. And they still haven’t returned my deposit.

I worked with Rafaela to redo my kitchen and it was an awesome experience. I am a first time homeowner and the process of redoing my kitchen was very stressful and very expensive. I searched high and low for quartz prices that were reasonable, and then I stumbled upon South Shore Granite. I went into the showroom and by Monday I had my order placed and someone was scheduled to create my template. I even requested to go check out my slab to make sure it was definitely what I wanted and I got a response almost instantly with the location.
