I see that there are some negative reviews but as the crew is finishing up the final touches on my brickwork, I can share that my experience was excellent. From the initial meeting, I found them to be capable, prompt, reliable, informative and accurate in their estimates. I met with 5 other large pool companies before the job and found SS to be fair and competitive in cost. All costs were discussed and agreed upon prior to any work being done and there were no hidden fees. I'm not one to leave reviews but was compelled to write as my experience was wholly and completely positive and would definitely recommend them.

This is our second pool project with South Shore Pools — they did our pool at our old home and now again at our new home — and the experience was just as exceptional as the first time. They also handled all of the pavers around the entire pool, and everything came out perfect. The team is incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely great to work with. Joe, Patti, and Steve were always on top of every question and every step of the process, making the entire project smooth and stress-free. South Shore Pools continues to be a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or renovate a pool.

They installed my pool 4 years ago. Since then, my pump barely works, they installed lights that supposedly have a 7 year life went out after 2 years with minimal use and need replacing at $700 each. They never installed piping around the pool. When we call for customer service, they are rude and dismissive. The people they recommend to work on electric are terrible. Not a good experience. I would go elsewhere!

Had a pool that was installed by them 25 years ago. Always had issued with the liner popping out, but they always came to put it back in at no charge. Had a new liner installed 10 years ago by them and I asked the salesperson who gave us a liner quote about the issue and asked to have the tracked replaced and he said it was not needed and I insisted that I want it replace, and he said they will pop the liner back in free of charge. Now I find out they will only do that after first year as I was charged a service call last year. We even sent a letter to them about this after trying to talk to contact Patty and we never heard a response. Today I spoke to Patty and she said she said she would discount and denies that I asked for a track replacement. I would guess they have all service calls o

Just recently had our liner replaced by South Shore Pools. We could not be happier! Very straightforward from our first communication. Took the time to explain everything on the initial estimate and did not feel rushed while walking around the pool and discussing options. The job was actually finished in the exact time they said it would. Their entire crew is top notch, knowledgeable, and left the yard clean upon completion. We would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
