Edited to add: owner’s response is dishonest. I in fact did speak with him to try to resolve this. He offered to resell them for me- up until he saw this review that I left. Then he promptly rescinded his offer to “make it right”, because he’s angry over an honest review. He also suggested that I should just be happy because he sold me a scratch and dent set for less than retail. He also never discloses that all sales are final nor does he print it on his receipts. Dishonest business owner unfortunately! Careful buying from this company!! We bought new appliances that we ended up not liking bc they operate terribly and asked to return them within a week of delivery. We were told too bad, “we aren’t Lowes or Home Depot”.
