Company installed a roof within past 8 months. We sprung a leak on a brand new roof. After coming back out and informing us that the plywood was dry rotted and “it didn’t look good” 2 weeks ago, no one has reached out. Cannot get ahold of the company. And their company line states it’s no longer in service.

After it was determined that we needed a new roof, my husband called about four roof companies to get estimates. We found SGC to be very professional and offered a fair price. Southeast General Contractors was highly recommended by a neighbor, who also had his roof done by SGC and was extremely satisfied. During the process of the roofing job, they kept us updated with progress and timetable. They were extremely neat while working and conscious of our landscape around our home. We also have skylights, absolutely no problems ... I would highly recommend Southeast General Contractors - our roof looks great !!!
