Regarding another reviewer giving a 1-star b/c they didn't get a callback, this company is an established and reliable AC company so they are busy. Call back- they're worth the effort.

Tried reaching out to this company on a recommendation multiple times for a maintenance contract for our chiller system for our condominium association. Once through their website, and another by phone. Spoke with a woman who assured me that I will be contacted within couple of days. That was weeks ago. Never heard back from them.
