I recently reached out to Southeastern Overhead and Garage Door to repair my garage door that was not working properly. Steven had his tech Joe come out to evaluate the door promptly. Once he was there, he did some troubleshooting and said they didn’t work on Genie Operators. He mentioned the best thing they could do was replace the sensors. I purchased the new sensors and he then found that did not fix the problem. I was content with just paying the service charge and going in a different direction, but Joe guaranteed me that if I replaced the operator the problem would be fixed. I paid $570 to get this done and after two days the garage door would not go down. In a hurry, not very professional.. Leave jobs half done and crap laying all over . Get a more reputable company that cares about the work they do.
