We had Shane come out to a house we were buying and couldn't find where the septic or drain field was or what condition it was in. After a few minutes of him and his guy looking for it he could not find it. The drain field ended up being in the middle of the yard where we watched him poke the ground and say he couldn't locate it. He wanted to charge an additional $400 to run a scope and try and find it. After charging us $495 that he did not refund although he couldn't perfom the services he was hired to do, he left. We ran the huge risk and proceeded with the house due to our inspection period being over. After we closed on the house waynes septic service was recommended by many people. Wayne was able to fine the tank in less the 5 minutes!!!! Wayne is honest and extremely knowledgeable

Words can’t really describe how amazing this company really is I was so worried that my new system wouldn’t fit behind the house but Wayne and his crew made it happen for me and I am so grateful. Definitely the best septic company out there if I could give them 100 stars I would ☺️

Wayne helped us so much!!!! Saved our butts!!! Remember plumbers will blame your septic guys and in our case... it was plumbers fault. Wayne came out on his time to help us fix our problem then to top it off no charge!!!! God bless you Wayne!

From the first phone call to the very end, the receptionist, Wayne & the crew were diligent, honest, reliable and true to their word! The work is outstanding to say the least and the level of professionalism is beyond words. I felt extremely comfortable with this company from the beginning, and that is huge! Wayne was very patient and honest with me and answered all of my questions from start to finish and followed through with an amazing new drain field system! No one wants to deal with this issue, but Wayne and his team made it extremely painless! I am extremely happy with the services provided!
