We’d been struggling with weak airflow in several rooms, especially on the upper floor. I assumed it was a problem with the HVAC system, but after calling for an air duct inspection, the technicians discovered that the ducts were partially blocked by debris and dust buildup. They performed a complete cleaning and rebalanced the vents. The difference was instant every room now gets even, consistent airflow. It’s such a simple fix that makes the whole house more comfortable.!!

I scheduled duct inspection and furnace cleaning because the heater was having trouble keeping the house warm. Mason, the technician, demonstrated how poor heat flow was caused by soot buildup by opening the furnace. He vacuumed dust from deep within the ducts and cleaned the blower fan and burners. He cleared away material that was obstructing ventilation, such as old pieces of insulation. The technology heated the house more quickly after cleaning without emitting a burning smell. Additionally, he examined the dryer vent and recommended cleaning because it had decreased airflow. The whole house feels more energy-efficient now.

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend them to anyone. My air conditioning has been out for over a week, every time I called they just gave me the run around. After 3 days of them not returning my phone calls I had to pay someone else to come out and replace my unit because the technician they sent from this company put the wrong motor in and wired it wrong so when the new company turned it on it started smoking and my whole house smelled like something was on fire.

Incorrect address, this is not a business, I don’t know who these people are or why they would use someone else’s home address for a business, it is a scam.

This is a company used by Home Warranty of America. I made a claim on Sunday noon and have yet to hear when my appointment is(it is Monday 1pm). Not very timely. Just wish I would not have used HWA!!!
