02/09/2026 Chris installed a wireless thermostat in my home. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the device he installed. He arrived as scheduled. 1/30/2026: Chase and Kegan installed my entire new unit today. They were on scheduled, removed the entire old unit, installed my new unit and made all modifications to ensure that it worked properly. Their teamwork is exemplary. They are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They're very dedicated to providing services to their customers and it shows in the work they do. They worked in the frigid cold air yesterday non-stop to get the installion of my unit in and working properly. We had Tim come out for a quote who was very helpful, friendly and polite. He inspected our old AC unit and gave us a lot of insight. Tim was very helpful with the purchase of the new AC unit and getting someone out the same day. Mike and Parker came out the same and did an amazing job with the installation! They were very friendly, polite and professional. They let us know everything they were doing before they did it and cleaned up after themselves when done. Impressive, as always. There are a few service professions that you want to know for absolute certain are reliable, knowledgeable, and will get the job done right the first time. Plumbers, electricians, contractors, and... HVAC. Although, I've had little experience with anyone else, I have heard stories. I'm glad to know with Southern Air. that is something I'll never have to learn firsthand. The technician, Micah, cool as a fan. Maybe a little pun intended. Easy to talk to and very understanding. Samuel arrived around 5 pm on a cold Friday night. Our furnacehad been an ongoing problem, it hadn't worked at all, for a week. I called in originallyon Saturday. This was tried. That was tried. Sam, with a box of new parts to convert my unit from natural gas to propane. That's what I've always had, propane. The furnace is now working, and continues to work I hope. Also a big thank you to his team mate for the assistance he provided via cell phone. He was able to view and assist in solving the problem in real time because Sam could send him a real time view of what he was doing. Major thanks to Sam. And the unknown voice on the phone. Who was home at the time. That's a bud. This was a warranty call. So there was no charges to me for parts. Or labor.
