I am writing this review because I think I have given Southern Aluminum ample time to reply to my initial phone call to them. On 6-11-24, I called my pool builder, Sunset Pools, who installed my pool in 2020, to inquire about many of my lanai screws becoming rusty and totally deteriorating to the point that there was nothing holding them in. My pool contractor almost immediately responded with “your warranty has expired with us” !! When I explained the situation, he said “oh boy, I hope your lanai doesn’t fall down” ! He then told me I had to reach out to the company they subcontracted with to do my installation, which was Southern Aluminum. Southern Aluminum has the best staff and does the best work in the area. I sought numerous quotes for some small aluminum rails and i couldn't believe the price gouging with the exception of this company. And, the quality of their work is amazing. Everyone is so kind, professional, neat and honest. Mark is exceptional. My rails are beautiful and give me freedom to come and go without the risk of falling. I would go here first for all aluminum needs!

We contracted with Southern Aluminum of Cape Coral recently for a cage extension. Our contractor was Craig Mahnke. Craig went above and beyond to make sure our installation was done properly. He was onsite and present through all of processes that needed to be completed. Permits were filed and inspections were made accordingly Our cage was done in a very timely manner. Craig made the process of our project seamless. Pricing was comparable to others, but the customer service we received from Craig was far beyond , what other companies would have provided. This is a top rated company and an excellant salesperson. Certainly a five star company !

Used Southern Aluminum for my pool enclosure and was extremely happy. The sales person was very professional and the company was very attentive to all of our needs. The quality of the screen enclosure was beyond my expectations. Would definitely use them again.
