Southern Comfort of Charlotte

Brandon came over to my job and help the facility that I was working on become cool and workable again. We had two out of three units out and in less than 2 hours, he fixed the issue and gave me good pointers to avoid the issue in the future. Brandon is a great asset to their team and southern comfort is excellent at what they do.

Didn't care for Joey but the rest of the team I've dealt with was amazing and the 5 stars reflects how well their team did. once I made them aware Joey wasn't responding to me. They rectified an issue immediately and permanently. Thank you team southern comfort.

Jimmy and Tyler were great!! They got the job done much sooner than I thought they would and we have heat!! Joey was very helpful and worked with us to get the payment right. Ashley was very friendly on the phone. Great job by everyone and we highly recommend Southern Comfort of Charlotte!

I came home from a weekend trip to a VERY cold house. I called Tommy Bynum, who is now with Southern Comfort on Mon 10/22. They were really booked, but got me an appointment for Wed, the 24th. I was ok with that. Scheduled for the afternoon, but they were able to get here that morning, which I was grateful for. Jonathan did a quick but thorough job, and (thank God!) it was an easy fix. He suggested I do checkup's at the change of seasons, and I will remember that come Spring. Jonathan was very nice, and personable, and it was a pleasure that it was him doing the service. I would always have recommended Tommy Bynum's company, and if his good work ethic carries over to the Southern Comfort folks, I would recommend them also. Good price, great service

these guys rock!!!! gettin a new hvac can be stressfull but they communicate with you throughout the process and help you understand the system. I can tell they have a lot of training and experience. call them FIRST!
