3 time now I've had to slam on my brakes because your incompetent workers can't judge an oncoming vehicles speed and just pull out in front of them, often with a trailer just to go to ONE driveway down to the other landscape company. Speed limit is 55 and they pull out causing vehicles to drop speed by 30 mph. Unsafe especially when there are kids evolved. Vehicle license plate 07h2455 is the latest one to do this.

I live at apartments this company works for. They have damaged my car by the weed eaters and Tina the Manager has done nothing to help but be rude and make up excuses when we have proof that they don’t use shields and I’m a stay at home mom I see them out there all the time! All she does is lie and if your looking for a landscaping company this is not it!

As many others have shared, Butch and Southern Creations really let us down. I should have know it was going to be trouble when the project started with Butch asking to start work before we had a final estimate. Sadly, Butch has not responded to my texts or emails for the last two months and I had to file a complaint with the Sate of TN Department of Consumer Affairs. I expect to come out of pocket about $15,000 to fix the mistakes he made and would not come back to fix. I also expect to spend another $5,000 to fix drainage work that was not installed correctly. We worked with Butch on a major backyard renovation. Southern Creations did a beautiful job, but there was not much transparency in the pricing. The job went $80k over budget and we didn't know until we received the invoices. What's more frustrating is that there were a couple final items to close out on our project, but they haven't come back to do what they promised. Over the course of the last 8 months, Butch has promised his guys would come out on 9 different occasions - and no-showed every single time. I am blown away by the lack of professionalism. They didn't finish doing what they committed (and we paid them) to do. There were also problems with the irrigation that they installed, that we had to pay another irrigation company to fix. Run, don't walk, to Southern Creations. We had a complex and challenging landscape project and they solved it the first time, on time, within budget and with a true artist approach that met our needs and desires. Their customer service was OFF THE CHARTS and they communicated regularly with us on the process. Once the project was started, they were focused only on our project. Their first priority was our satisfaction and we are thrilled. Working with a true professional who knows their trade has significant payback. Thank you all! We couldn't be happier.
