Grout lines in shower cracked. Shower is not correct so now after a few years we have mold, water seeping out and molding in bedroom swelling, tiles pushing out from moisture.

Horrible company. From the owner to the front office staff. Highly irresponsible and poor craftsmanship. Stay away at all costs unless you want issues from start to finish. They sent an apprentice crew to work on my home…they didn't even work for them…they subcontracted the job out…. After being put for so long I paid another company to remedy all of the issues. UPDATE….Now that I have decided to post my review, the Owner reads this review and only cares now that I have reviewed the company…see notes below. I would say there is nothing that needs your attention any more. You had all of the details and had well over 6 months to address my issues and you refused to do so. Your company earned this review…I feel sorry for anyone that hires this company.

We got our floors done with this company and I really appreciate the way we were treated, the quality of work ,the time spent checking to make sure we were happy. We shopped other places and by far this company and employees are outstanding.Zane by far is great customer service as well as knowledgeable about the products,Reece Gruber and Trey Lewis and the work was awesome, the quality of work these young man did was great, and let me say, they even cleaned up very nicely! So I am a very picky person, but I would recommend this company very highly ,quality outstanding installation,outstanding, and the people are the best,so just go and see!

We had a very small area of flooring that needed to be replaced and we ran out of extra flooring that came with the house when we purchased it, like we only needed 3 floorboards. We tried all the main box stores around and no luck. The flooring was discontinued in 2015! So we came here hopeful, but, unsure. I wish I could remember the man's name who helped us but he was able to find flooring that was pretty darn close to what we had and he gave us a great deal. Thank you again.

They installed flooring in my new build and I also consult them for small repairs here and there. And let me tell you, Pat is one pleasant person to do business with. He has the best advice and tries to give you a good/reasonable price. Money well spent for the quality of work done as well — whether it’s tiles on the wall or flooring. They’re awesome!
