⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Southern Irrigation Inc is absolutely the best service provider for lawn sprinklers! Mark, the owner, and the entire staff are incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand and diagnose our complex sprinkler issue and repaired it quickly and efficiently. We’re beyond pleased with the service—we truly can’t say enough good things. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they went above and beyond in every way. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of care and service these days. Highly recommended!

We were big fans is SI and had been a customer for years . In early May we called for a service due to our irrigation system not working properly . The customer service person who was very pleasant established a work order and said “ we will get back to you shortly “ . Today , some 6 or 7 weeks later I got a call to see if we still needed the service ? The 7 weeks I had to wait were the driest in Fla history so my lawn and flowers would have suffered unless I made other arrangements. Very disappointed in SI as I had supported them as a customer for years.

BEWARE of this company. I'm not sure why is this company is in business. The professional landscapers and sod contractor on our job were frustrated by the irrigation system from Southern Irrigation. Thankfully the lawn maintenance crew was skilled enough to redo all of the mistakes. Add to all of this the fact that they would not return anyones phone calls and messages. Lesson learned.

I have been very pleased with the service and professionalism from Southern Irrigation. From the girls that answers the phone to the techs to the owner, nothing less than positives. I have also never waited more than a week for service, and it’s completed in that visit.

I was in a pinch and needed someone fast to fix a busted seal on a pipe for my sprinkler system. I was hesitant to look for someone since the last people to come out were a real piece of work. I found Southern and read excellent reviews. I checked out their website and also saw family owned which is something I like! They two guys that came out today were very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed the pipe in about 15 minutes. I will keep their number on hand for any future repairs that I can't handle. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!
