Mike stopped by to go over shower remodeling options and did a great job explaining everything. He was friendly, patient, and very informative. I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the visit. Definitely recommend reaching out to him if you’re exploring remodeling options.

Poor customer service. We have two windows that need to be replaced and I’ve unsuccessfully gotten them replaced after numerous calls for over a year. These windows are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Frustrated is an understatement. I had recommended this product to many people, but now I regret that due to the lack of response on replacements. As you can see in the pictures below, the seal is broken and little grayish spots have formed in between the glass.

Our experience from start to finish has been wonderful. Mike did a great job in helping us design our new shower and getting things going. The job was performed very professionally and it looks beautiful. We are very pleased. This is the reason we continue to return to Southern Industries anytime we need a home improvement project done.

Beware! Do not use this company! This company was chosen by my wife and myself because Mike and Mike the sales team promised there would be no subcontractors and we liked the product .We were promised that all the work would be done siding, windows, and gutters by their in-house team of professionals. My windows were installed in a timely fashion by a competent team of individuals wearing company, clothing, and driving a marked company vehicle. However, when the siding crew showed up, it was a team of Hispanic members in an unmarked vehicle with only one individual able to speak English. Over the period of time to get the siding on my house, we could not communicate whatsoever with the crew that was left by the one English-speaking Hispanic individual. No issues getting our windows installed. I’ve now left a total of SIX voicemails with no call back to try and get a warranty replacement for a defect that has occurred within two years out from replacement. Red carpet?! How is this so hard for them?! After my first 3 voicemails, Frank the manager showed up unannounced at my house to inspect the window then I’ve never heard anything again.. 3 more voicemails later… nothing.
