They installed the HVAC system in my new construction condo. I bought it and the equipment remains under warranty until the fall of 2025. I wanted a nest t-stat installed, instead of the standard builders grade cheap t-stat. So I asked to hire them to change it for me. They said that they would not do it for me and if I had anyone else do it, it would void my warranty. That's why I want to hire you...im trying to maintain my warranty by hiring the same company that installed the system and maintains the warranty, to install the t-stat. Pretty simple. Ridiculous. And they are not responsive. Hard to get a hold of In the first place.

Worst customer service experience ever. Wouldnt even give an eta for a service appointment and did not return calls. Also when they did, they were dismissive and rude. These folks need to get real, an AC goes out in TN in the summer, thats deadly. They think its good policy to have 72 hrs to schedule service. Ridiculous, criminal, and just plain wrong. Void your warranty.

I put in a service request on Monday and Tuesday they arrived, replaced my thermostat after determining it was broken. Greg and Jonathan did a great job, and they were fun to talk to!

Stay away GC's! Do NOT contract for large jobs. Chooses the cheapest sub they can find. Refuses to honor warranty on install of multiple HVAC units less than 8 months old that have stopped working altogether. Offers no solution in light of freezing temperatures. Unprofessional, apathetic customer service.

Very unprofessional behavior when trying to get help with a warranty. I do not recommend using this company!
