They caused $2,850 in property damage and refused to admit any fault of their own nor provide compensation for damages caused. This business will not receive future business from me and I would NOT recommend their services to anyone. I ordered 8 yards of 50/50. I told the driver the Primary drop location (required driving over the grass edge on my driveway) and the secondary drop location (did not require driving on my driveway). I instructed the driver not to drop at the primary location if it would cause damage to my driveway. I’d rather be safe and have to wheel the dirt twice as far than to possibly damage the driveway. He assured me it was safe. It was not. The weight of the truck caused a small crack on the edge of my driveway after backing over the edge. He then attempted to dump

Very satisfied with the purchase and delivery! Love places that give a First Responder / Veterans discount too. Delivery was on mark and driver was very courteous. Would certainly use them again for my hardwood mulch needs!

The young lady inside was the kindest store person I have come across in a long time. She was very informative and knew what she talking about when it came to the product she was selling. The equipment operator was extremely helpful. After he filled my truck with mulch., he climbed up onto the bed and spread it all around so that my bed cover would close. We are going back today to get another truckload. If you need landscaping materials, go there.......

They say this is “6 yards” of mulch (see photo of my husband standing by the pile of mulch in a driveway). When I went in I tried to order a load, and they said 6 yards was what their truck held. When their truck came it was clearly not full. When I called to complain they then said their trucks held 15 yards, not 6, and didn’t even want to consider that they could have messed up the order. Calculating off the size of this pile it looks to me like about 100 cubic feet, whereas 6 yards is supposed to be about 160. Look at the photo and your own conclusions (my husband is just shy of 6’ tall).

I purchased Pine Straw and Red Mulch and my entire experience was excellent. I placed the order with a very kind woman who answered all of my questions and set up my delivery. The product was scheduled to be delivered the next morning and it was here right on time. The delivery driver was exceptional. I see that some folks may have had difficulty in the past, and I am sorry to hear that.
