Went there because of recommendations well maybe at one time they were good . Little to no selection of basic tubs, faucets etc. Would no even get up to talk to us from their cross the room desks ! Basically hostile and condescending to my wife's questions Tried to convince us that many bath items we had seen on the web were no longer made-- Net Net we went Lowes and got what we wantedWould give no stars if possible

Do not go here. Bad customer service geared to make the amateur feel stupid. They outright refuse to try to understand what you need or try to help. Do not ask for help from Angela. She was more preoccupied with texting on her phone and talking to coworkers and seemed annoyed that I was there.

We were advised to utilize April with Southland for a very large scale bathroom renovation. We were bringing multiple bathrooms down to the studs and completely remodeling them, plumbing and electrical included. From the initial meeting, April made us feel like an inconvenience; she was condescending and belittling. She criticized the aesthetics of our design and made us feel as though we were wasting her time (with our $50k+ budget). She was so distracted that she had to ask us multiple times what pieces, brands and trims she was ordering for us. When we finally received our items, we had to go back multiple times because April, the self-proclaimed “expert,” either forgot to order all the pieces we needed or ordered incorrect pieces.
