Having a pool built is not for the faint of heart, it will likely take longer than expected with several hiccups along the way. That said, the way Southern Poolscapes responded to such hiccups by doing everything in their power to make things right, speaks volumes to the character of this company. We can’t say enough good things about Hunter, our sales guy and estimator. He was so knowledgeable on pool design and function, and he did not just leave us after making his sale. He was there every step of the way, always answering questions, and connecting us with the right person when problems occurred. This pool company is by far the best you’ll find! The whole team was amazing! They are all so helpful and communicate very well through out the whole process. The construction is exceptional quality and they finished right on time. Mike Ponce was an excellent introduction to the company and custom designed my pool to fit the small space. Jeremy’s on going support as my superintendent was phenomenal with constant communication on the building process. Highly recommend!!!

December 2025 update: **I AM VERY CONCERNED THAT THIS POOL WILL NOT STAND THE TEST OF TIME** we are now over 250 days since we started our project. It has been a nightmare. Communication is extremely poor and every employee we have come in contact with is INCOMPETENT except the nice women who answer the phone at the office. Almost everything on our project has been done 2-3 times over because they cannot do it correctly, including the lanai company Gulf Aluminum (would NOT recommend). The auto fill, the transformer for the pool lights and the chlorinator on our pump have already been having major issues. These people have trashed my yard and ruined every holiday for my family for almost a year now. We have had to manage the project as if we were employees in order to get as far as we

Horrible company. Don’t be fooled by their new name. Same people that used to be Premier Pools. My pool was finished in March 2023. Our decking began collapsing around the skimmers less than a year after completion. They said 1 year warranty but this is obviously a workmanship issue. It’s dangerous and I need a new deck on a less than 3 year old pool. Do not make an incredibly expensive mistake and use this company.
