Southern Poolscapes

I called about a filter and pump for my above ground pool because walmart is sold out. The girl on the phone said they'd have what I needed. After I drove an hour the people at the store had no idea what they were doing or talking about and tried to sell me a $500 filter and pump that was triple the size I needed. When they finally called their parents (owners I assume) she told me to go on Amazon which I could have done to start with and saved a 2 hour trip if they'd known what they were talking about when I called to start with.

James and Tina are very knowledgeable and helpful anytime we need advice about our pool. James installed my pool 8 years ago and we haven’t had any problems whatsoever. He just installed our new liner and we love it. Highly recommend them for your pools needs!

I worked with James and Tina for a couple of years Installing pools. Due to their work ethics, honesty and knowledge of pools and hot tubs, I look forward to working with them on a inground pool for our home. James has a foresight of what you want to happen and how to accomplish it to add value and beauty to your home.

At the beginning of the season I called and had them open my pool with no issues. Few weeks later I had a concern with my liner so called to speak to James again to ask a few questions pertaining to it. Spoke to an older lady that stated James would return my call later on. Later on in the afternoon I received a call from Tina stating James had already drove out to my house and didn’t find any issues but to be expecting a service bill for $150 in the mail… As a small business owner myself, I couldn’t imagine a better way of showing the customer that I value a dollar more than their business. One time business isn’t better than a repeat customer.
