Always friendly and professional on the phone anytime I've ever had to speak with them. There is an available application online for bill payments and reporting power outages etc. Southwest Tennessee electric membership corporation available for Android or iOS. They have an option for you to round up your bill to the nearest whole dollar to help those that may be in need in the surrounding area. If you need a light pole that comes on at dusk and goes off at dawn they will come in and install it for you for a small monthly fee. Definitely worth the cost if you're way out in the country.

All the ladies there are very nice! But--- Jackson is helping out people with their electric bills! Why is it that y'all haven't offered to do the same!? We've had facts of people in our town having the virus it's dangerous! I'm just thinking if Jackson can help out their town people I'm just saying Henderson should do the same!! And now FYI Lexington,Jackson,Humboldt are all helping out and delaying people's electric bill!! Let's get this going and do the same for us town people!!!God Bless
