Has repaired the same place twice under my builder's warranty the first time and pay out-of-pocket the second time and it is now leaking a third time. Would not recommend. I had to hire a different company to do the work correctly and pay out-of-pocket a second time to fix their poor-quality original work and both "fixes".

Well after barely 2 years my roof look likes these. Thanks for the quality and blaming it on nature and the homeowner. I would think a roofing company would guarantee their work for longer and have better customer service when someone calls. Up date I guess the cause was not using the correct amount of nails for the distance. I guess you were trying to save a couple cents and hope to come back later to fix my roof? Sorry I'm having a professional company fix your mistakes.

I’m very disappointed with this roofing company. They have a poor warranty policy—only two years on workmanship—and after just three years, our roof has already started leaking. In a state like Texas, where storms and high winds are common, a longer warranty is essential for peace of mind. They should seriously reconsider their warranty terms to provide better support to their customers. Unfortunately, the customer service has also been very frustrating. The representatives I spoke with didn’t seem knowledgeable and frequently put me on hold. Instead of offering any helpful guidance, I had to call them back multiple times to get updates and answers. They could have taken the initiative to reach out to the manufacturer on my behalf, but they didn’t. Overall, I expected much better service

I had a new roof put on my new build house in 2018. I upgraded to the 30 year shingles as well. In 2024, I found a leak. The company advised that their warranty is only 2 years. I know 6 years is a good amount of time, however when you have a 30 year shingle warranty and a new roof, you don't really expect to have to deal with a leak after 6 years, especially when their website says "We back all of our roofs with a workmanship guarantee".

Our builder, Dr. Horton chose this company to install the roof. After 1.5 year, after a windy night, half the shingles were blown off. Inspector confirmed that they did bare minimum just to call if a roof, from missing nails to improper installation. Avoid this company if you can. Don't know why they're still in business.
