I worked in UF and we had a -80c freezer was out of order, so I called them and they sent a gentleman (Paul) to check it two days later. Paul did a very good job to fix the problem, which is replacing a condenser fan (CONDENSER FAN,TUBEAXIAL, 115 volt, 60 Hz Models). He priced the part (fan) $740, plus 3 hours of labor (around $146 per work hour). I will not argue with labor hours (actual total works on the fan was less than 30 minutes). I am not happy about the part price. I checked the list price on the company website, it is only around $440 (from ThermoScientific, part 315251H01, part cost PLUS next day shipping PLUS tax = $522.15). Needed refrigerant removed from an ultra low freezer. They arrived quickly (exactly when planned) and got the work done efficiently. Happy I called them, and will do so again in future.
