We had another great experience with this plumbing company and wanted to recognize both the office staff and the technician who helped us during a stressful situation. Our basement flooded and from the moment we called, Amanda in the office was incredibly helpful, responsive, and reassuring while getting everything scheduled quickly. Matt, the technician who came out, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain what was going on, walked us through the options, and made sure the issue was handled properly. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers. We’ve used this company in the past and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service every time. Called during the weekend about getting a hose bib replaced (not a rush job). I tried to DIY but wasn't in my skill set. Got a call back Monday morning, appointment scheduled for Thursday morning. Plumber showed up right on time and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and overall great guy. Ended up having both hose bibs replaced (on my own accord) and a valve was added for easy shutoff at no extra cost. He showed me the old units and the failures (burst hose bibs). I was extremely satisfied with my experience and felt the pricing was very fair, especially after some follow research on Reddit. No water . Such a bad feeling. It is terribly inconvenient not to have the luxury of running water. A neighbor recommended Southern Spotsylvania Plumbing . Amanda , the receptionist was cordial and was helpful. She put the owner Jimmy on the phone. He asked specific questions and gave me advice. He deployed Matt to my home within hours. Matt was professional, knowledgeable And got the job done. It was the pressure switch to the tank. A new one was installed. He explained to me exactly what he did . And the cost…. $225. I did a happy dance on that one. So, consider these folks if you have water/ plumbing concerns. Transparency and honesty .

They were able to squeeze us in after we found out our pressure tank was bad. He was able to get in done in less than two hours and provide assistance since we are new home buyers. Will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Excellent customer service with friendly, knowledgeable plumbers/techs! They explained the problem, corrected it quickly AND charged me what I felt was a very reasonable rate considering they responded within hours. Definitely my go to plumbers. Thank you!
