Was very pleased with Ray and the job he did for me cleaning the roof. Showed up on time, took the time to explain to me what it all entailed, let me know what to expect, such as what it would look like each day and how long it would take . It is such a pleasure to do business with someone who is very courteous and shows much respect and cares for the person he is doing business with. I would gladly recommend him to everyone!

We recently had our home power washed by Southern Tier Softwash Pros. Ray did an amazing job! Everything just sparkled when completed! Our vinyl fencing was bright white and the concrete patio looked better than when originally put in! We highly recommend Ray. Outstanding job!

They say what they do and do what they say. Clear, fast communications, speedy quotes, a fair price and a job well done. We contacted three other companies prior to calling Southern Tier Softwash and I needed to reach out to each of the other companies 2 or even three times and struggled to even get a quote. Raymond responded within the hour to set up a quote, priced the house washing job fairly and arrived on time to do the work. Just as importantly they did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves.

Ray did a EXCELLENT JOB on soft washing our home and shed!! We live on a mail road and also close to the river - Ray made our house and shed look brand new and also took care of a moss/ algae problem on our siding. Would definitely recommend!! I
