Tried to fix my own door on Sunday 1/25, what a mistake!!! So I contacted Twin Tiers on Monday 1/26 about my door problems. The woman that I spoke to was extremely pleasant and professional. The 2 men who showed up on 1/27 completed the repairs in a short period of time and were very thorough. They were courteous and professional. They explained what they did and advised me to call if there was any problems. I will definitely use them again when I need any repairs!!

The guys fit me in after an emergency call, knew what they were doing and we're done within 30 min. Fixed a 15 year old door to the point of working better than it has in years.

Great Business. I called in and the receptionist was super sweet and polite and told me they would get to me but just needed a little extra time due to some calls that came over the weekend. When they came the guys were great and got the job done in around an hour. The pricing was super cheap (300 double spring replace two doors) and they did a great job. Easy Five star highly recommend them and they will be my go to service people in the future!! Thanks Josh and Mark!

The coil spring broke on my garage door yesterday. This morning I called Twin Tiers Overhead Doors and my door was back in operation by noon! Can't ask for any better customer service than that! Highly recommend!
