This is my second experience with Southern Triad Home Repair and it was as great as the first one. This Company is a joy to work with. A light was replaced, a fan installed, and a door fixed. Now I am looking into having a back porch installed. They are willing to do the work a little at a time and the price is very reasonable. I'm glad I called this company about getting my old bathtub replaced in a home I recently purchased. My experience was great from beginning to end! Bita was great very knowledgeable in renovations, so she was able to answer all my questions about product selection, pricing, etc. She worked on getting the quote to me, and the price was very reasonable and competitive compared to many of the other renovation & plumbing companies in the Triad! I ordered the new bathtub and accessories and had them delivered to my home, but Bita mentioned they could pick up any items for me, if needed. These folks are awesome! I had them change all my shutters for new ones, they were on time and followed all my instructions to the letter. Left the job clean and were very quick getting it done. Price was very reasonable. Not many contractors make me happy the first time, but I was impressed with this company and how they worked. I will use their services again.
