Southern Virginia Door

Installation was great and the installers were very professional the only problem is that there was supposed to be glass in the 3rd panel. Now there is no response or communication of any type from the company. All I want to know is if they intend to make this order right with me.

Don't know what's up with this place, but I called last week about repairing my mom's automatic garage door, which had broken. The gentleman told me he could check it out that day, and if he had the parts he'd fix it; otherwise, he'd order the parts and return when they arrived. I received a call that afternoon indicating a man was on the way, and that was the last I heard from them. Most of a week later, I've received no response to my numerous messages, and the door is still broken. This rates as among the most unprofessional behavior I have -ever- experienced, and I'd advise avoiding this so-called "business" like the plague.

Did a great job installing the doors several years ago BUT after 3 calls and leaving messages informing them I need repair or replacement on 1 of the openers I still have not gotten a call back. Clearly not interested in repairing what they sell. I wish I would have bought the doors from someone who would be willing to service them

I contacted this company in early December 2016 and indicated that I needed my wooden garage door repaired after I hit it with my car. He told me he would be able to fix it after Christmas and to call back and I did several times and left several messages and he never called me back.

After having my door installed incorrectly by a different person .. Southern Virginia Door responded and corrected the original problem. And also some others I didn’t know. They were were reasonable!!!!
