I had purchased my home a couple years ago because I loved the layout and knew one day I would want to make some renovations and transform it to my dream home. I shopped around for a contractor and luckily found southland. Some of the other contractors that I spoke to seemed like they just wanted to get the most money out of me and not listen to what I actually wanted. Southland did the exact opposite! They listened to me and tried to get me the best deal. In the end I finally got the dream house I’ve always wanted for me and my kids. I couldn’t be happier! Great service at a great price. If anyone is looking for a contractor I always always refer them to southland.
