I had new siding installed on my home and the experience with Southland Exteriors was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and my house looks amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone needing siding or exterior work done right.

Southland Exteriors did a great job installing new windows at my condo. The windows look amazing and have made a big difference in both appearance and comfort. Really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a hurricane impact fiberglass door from Southland exteriors for $3,083.22, and had it installed on 10/23/23. I also purchased new impact windows for $16,983. In December 2024 I noticed the door was not closing correctly. Upon inspection I noticed that the screws of the lower hinge were detached from the frame and that all of the hinges were rusted. I contacted Southland and the woman who answers the phone asked me to send pictures. They then texted me "Thx u I will share these with the repair department and someone will be in contact." I called back after the new year and the woman who answers the phone told me they sent the pictures to the manufacturer. I asked why they would do that and she said she just answers the phone. I asked for someone to call me back who could explain

I am sooo happy with the new Everlast siding & trim that was placed on our home, we chose the color storm grey. Shout out to the installing crew, what an amazing job done!!! Thanks guys.

Southland removed our screen lanai and installed a beautiful Florida room with insulated walls and real glass windows that are removable. We love it. The installer was Bob and he was exceptional. Our salesman, Phil, is a great guy and Ron and Debra, the owners, are absolutely wonderful to work with. Southland previously installed a sliding patio door for us and that job went seamlessly. We’ll definitely go back to Southland for our new windows.
