I am an older female. I ordered three tons of rocks for my project. Never in my life would I have imagined doing this job but I did.. Here are a few things I learned. You will go into the store and see many small bags of clean pea gravel. I selected what I wanted from a small sample bag they had up front, and ordered. When three tons were delivered, they looked nothing like my product. As it turned out, they were just filthy. I didn't imagine that but why would I? Anyhow, I washed all my rocks with my hose and scrubbed them with a brush and they are clean. But if I had to do this job again, I would have at least picked the 3/4 inch rocks not the half inch. VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW. JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE PURCHASED HALF AN INCH GRAVEL, KNOW THAT ALL YOUR PIECES OF ROCKS WILL NOT BE HALF INCH.

Please stay away from this company. The front office staff, including the assistant manager, are extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. We clearly showed them the exact fountain that we wanted and paid full amount. Next day we sent our contractor to pick them up. However, they refused to release the items and demanded an additional $500, claiming there was a billing error. They refused to acknowledge their mistake or offer any apology for the inconvenience. No one ready to take responsibility in this company. They lie to us saying they booked this fountain for some other customer and no tag on it when we selected the product. It appears that staff may be treating customers differently based on their background or origin, which is deeply concerning.

I had a wonderful experience at Southwest Boulder & Stone! I was just picking up a few pieces for a small desert-scaping project and Michael helped me the whole time, giving recommendations, helping me find things around the property, and just explaining the process. I was able to make a lovely address display with the stone he suggested. I would highly recommend this place

Customer service was a well oiled machine. I picked up 20,000 pounds of gravel for a gigantic recreational swimming pond we are wrapping up in De Luz.

It was filled with landscaping materials, rocks, pebbles and boulders! They deliver! The best part was all the fountains and rock display walls!
