Southwest Boulder & Stone

This place is amazing! I needed natural stones for my strongman training and the competitions my gym holds and they had everything I needed and more. The costumer service is also outstanding.

Great experience at the Pacific Beach location of Southwest Boulder & Stone. They have a wide variety of options and a really great selection of materials. As soon as I pulled in, the staff directed me where to park, which made everything easy right away. I brought photos of an issue I’m dealing with — my 10-week-old puppy has been digging and chewing in parts of my yard — and instead of just pointing me to a product, they actually took the time to talk it through. When the front desk wanted to be sure they were giving me the best advice, they reached out to management for extra input. Super helpful team and great customer service. Highly recommend.

The PB Southwest Boulder and Stone group was so great to work with. Not only do they have a great selection, but also their customer service is top notch. Ricky took the time on multiple visits to help me find a flagstone that I really liked (and I am picky), and moreover when I finally made a decision, he even took extra time to help me select just the right pieces with the right colors! He made what was a daunting task fun for me. It was incredible customer service from the front desk (shout out Shawna) to the rock yard (is that what it is called?). When/if I need more landscaping materials, this is where I will go and I highly recommend this place.

Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient! I was blown away when I wandered in here as a wide-eyed overwhelmed homeowner. From the kind man who walked me all over the yard with a gallon jug to clean stones so I could see how they look without dust, to the office manager who expertly walked me through the various pricing options of different stone types, these employees really rock! (Pun wasn't intended, but I have to keep it now!) Prices are excellent, and the location is convenient.

Bought decorative rock for my side yard. They’re very reasonable, and have a wonderful selection, all sizes , shapes and colors. Definitely check them out!
