We contracted Richard and his team to do a complete overhaul of our 29-year old Bonita Springs Villa and couldn't be happier with the results. We gutted the place and replaced everything from plumbing, AC vents to electrical, windows, roof, and flooring. They tore out the shower, adjusted walls, windows, vents, and pretty much anything you can think of. They did it quickly, and the cost came in exactly where they said it would, and the workers were all kind and courteous to our neighbors and us. Southwest Builders built our new home. Everyone who had a part in this large project were professional and dedicated to get the job completed to our satisfaction.
