Southwest Commercial Hood Cleaning

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Called to get our hoods cleaned and spoke to owner David and he had a team out the next day! Better then new!!!

Called to get a quote and the receptionist was extremely helpful and had a tech reach out to me. I spoke with him and sent him the photos he requested then ghosted me. I've tried reaching back out to him to get it scheduled and no response. I'm literally trying to give your company money and I can't even get a call back. 0/10.

This company broke a major piece of our equipment and refused to pay for it. Had it all on camera, owner refused to pay for the repair. Very unethical company. The owner of southwest only waived the invoice for the cleaning to take responsibility of breaking the piece of equipment, he then try’s to increase his quarterly service when he had to own up to them breaking our equipment, it didn’t even cover half the repair cost to fix what they broke. You see in his response that they admit to messing with the knob when they shouldn’t be touching any pieces of equipment back there. We welcomed the owner to come in and view video, he is the one who went silent.

Very professional! The owner is great and they did an amazing job. Very satisfied with the work performed, will use again!
