Southwest Drilling replaced my 30-year-old well pump and I was very impressed with their work and care. They responded to my phone call within a day, came to assess the situation the next afternoon, and did the job that same day. I liked them so much that I didn’t even get other estimates, which I normally would do. Robbie, Lance, and Caleb were very personable and took the time needed to help me understand the system and the improvements they recommended. Throughout the process, they patiently explained and showed me everything they were doing. They really know their stuff and worked very well as a team. These guys answer their phone or give you a quick call back. They show up on time and work hard. It is a difficult business because of the unknowns in dealing with wells. They were great in explaining all the various processes they had to complete in order to rehab my old system.

Called near dark day 1. Crew arrived to diagnose around 9 the next morning. The crew replaced the submersible pump, pressure pump and it was done by dark day 2 at 25% less than quote!

Well started to loose pressure and I called Isaac at SW Drilling. He came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He scheduled us for the next day and sent out Robby and Lance to complete the work. Both guys were very informative during the repair process and they even pointed out a few unnoticed issues that were easily correctable. They had the water on and running within 4 hours. Wife and kiddos are very appreciative. Nice work, Guys!

Isaac is the absolute worst representative "expert" for this company. My family and I have suffered through multiple issues resulting in loss of water with this pump installation. Following his diagnosis, and recommended electrician, it has cost my neighbor and I thousands of dollars. The issue may have been as simple as removing a neutral line from PNM that was incorrectly installed and run to the ground bar. His lack of customer empathy is disgusting. He is quick to point fingers, and avoid accountability, even arguing with electricians and others on site, making accusations under his breath. If there was a different interaction with SW Drilling, specifically through Isaac, I wouldn't feel so bad for wasting the thousands of dollars to chase a problem.
