Southwest Kitchen & Bath

We recently finished a kitchen remodel with Southwest to include rustic hickory cabinets, quartz countertop, live edge walnut counter piece, copper sink and new appliances. We are very happy with the results and love the look and quality. We so enjoyed working with Zoe as designer. She is a delight - fun, personable, engaging, patient with many ideas to consider. We always felt welcomed by the staff when visiting their comfortable, pleasing showroom. Our installers Milad and Shaggy did an excellent job with the cabinets and were a joy to work with. My husband and I had planned on doing just our kitchen island, but ended up doing our entire kitchen with Southwest Kitchen and Bath. The whole team was great from design to installation. Even though we had a few problems, they were handled professionally and as quickly as possible. Everyone we dealt with, was concerned with our satisfaction and went the extra mile to help. We would highly recommend Southwest Kitchen and Bath, they are true professionals and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We had our kitchen cabinets refaced with SW Kitchen and Bath and it was a great experience. The designer we worked with, Sandra, was so helpful. And the installer, Scott, was fantastic too. Turned out better than I had hoped, and less mess and hassle than all new cabinets. I would work with them again.

Had an amazing experience working with them. Winter home kitchen needed a facelift and they delivered. The attention to detail in both the planning and installation made the process go smoothly and kept my mind at ease. Highly recommend.

***ZERO STAR UPDATE after a response from this TERRIBLE company - SWKB you might want to ask you new "PM" about the date that she asked for the final payment - that email was sent to me on January 13th and the final attachment for the dishwasher to the cabinets was not until February 25th - do the math on that one. Also, do not blame your customers for mistakes made from the person who measured, the person who designed, or the company defects that came with the cabinet doors. Make no mistake, you ONLY had to absorb the cost because this was the fault of the company even if those employees have been fired or if they quit before the project was completed. You did not provide me additional panels to complete the look around my kitchen island. Your designer that you fired as well as your p
