Southwest Lock and Safe

I found Southwest Lock and Safe to be terrific. I had a lock set for a new door to rekey to match all the other locks in my home, and brought those locks and a half dozen or more keys to the shop. The estimate was a fair price. It could have been a straightforward job, except the locks were used and the keys were from a variety of sources and ages. Some of the keys had 40 years of use, and others had had little use. I didn't get the locksmith's name, but he had the skill and patience to make sure every key fit every lock and worked like new. A couple of my keys were beyond help, and he made new ones to replace them. He wouldn't accept my offer to pay for a new key, which I intended as a tip to show my appreciation for the extra work he did. He stuck to his original estimate for the

I called 5 other locksmiths before landing on Southwest Lock and Safe. Very happy with my decision, they are extremely attentive and all three gentleman I dealt with were very knowledgeable. Choose these guys over the big box companies who send a random guy in a van out.

They are reliable, timely and never leave until the job is completed to our satisfaction. They have also installed security cameras which interfaced with easy to navigate technology. Southwest Lock and Safe is an excellent place to buy a safe. I have purchased 2 Amsec Safes from Shaye and I have been very happy with the product and service. Shaye and his crew delivered it and installed them. Shaye is great to deal with and is straight forward and honest. Hopefully I don't need a third safe but if I do I know where to go.

I went into Southwest Lock and Safe today to see about getting a special key cut. Shea the manager was absolutely amazing, and very helpful. Not only was he able to cut the key for me within minutes which was awesome, but everyone's customer service there was great! I highly recommend coming here for your locksmith needs.
