I must say the job came out excellent. Highly recommend. Hard working crew and great quality control. They utilized the best products available on my new roof. They removed old shingles and replaced with 25 -30 year shingles,used a synthetic underlayment and and installed ridge cap vents! They also replaced damaged/rotten plywood as needed. Very happy with their work. Hats off to office staff also! Very fair price.

I had a great experience with Southwest Roofing. I got my estimates and a date to start my roof(new felt and shingles). The Friday before the install on Tuesday, I received a call that they have to reschedule my installation. Rain is coming. I thought rain, In Yuma? The weather reports are seldom correct and when it rains it clears up in a couple of hours. Well, it rained and rained and rained. The following week it was rescheduled and done in a timely manor. I had a seamless rain gutter and downspout installed too. Most estimates I got for gutters was in 10 foot lengths. I even had a guy tell me vinyl was fine in Yuma. I disagreed. I recently had Southwest Roofing & Cooling, LLC. replace my old roof, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their work. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The initial consultation was very informative, and they took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options and answer all of my questions. They provided a detailed estimate and worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my property and made sure to clean up any debris or materials after the job was done. We had our A/C go out the day after a wind storm. I called the warranty company and they sent a company to quote me repairs that came out to $7800 for only a new compressor. For that price I could've bought a new A/C unit, so I went with Southwest Roofing & Cooling LLC and they helped me out fast. My family and I were without A/C in 115 degree heat for three days until the crane became available. The folks at Southwest Roofing and Cooling LLC knew it was an emergency and came to the house with a portable cooler to provide some relief. Once the new unit and crane arrived, they were finished in a few hours. Great service, great people and great price. Definitely worth it!

In my personal opinion, this was some of the poorest craftsmanship I have ever seen. The company was a true nightmare to work with. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
