Southwestern sunroom in Salem, VA is the best contractor that my wife and I have ever worked with. We can't say enough about the company and employees, they are GREAT. Their prices were very reasonable and the employees are not only professional but very courteous, if fact, they go out of their way to see the job is done correctly.

Southwest Sunroom & Window is a great company to work with - I've worked with a lot of contractors, and it is always so hit-and-miss to get a trustworthy professional with good communication skills. I really appreciate the lengths the pros at Southwest go through to make sure everything is communicated effectively - when I call, I get a response right back. When I email, they follow up quickly. That makes me much more confident doing business with them. Oh, and their product is amazing, best on the market for sure :)

I would not recommend Southwest Sunroom and Windows. They claimed they would replace any windows that fog up in their warranty. It has been about 8 years and now we have several windows that are fogging up and they are refusing to replace those windows. They do not stand behind the products they sell. I would go to Lowes where they honor their warranties. (Just Beware you are stuck if something goes wrong!) R.V.

My husband and I contracted with SW Sunrooms for an addition on our home built in the late '80s. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and easy to work with from start to finish. We had about a 6 month delay due to covid complications in getting supplies. But the final product was worth it. We added a 16' x 12' sunroom to our house, and it has been a wonderful addition. We use it more than any other room in the household. The room looks like it has always been part of the house and not an obvious add-on. It blends perfectly with the preexisting structure. We want to express our appreciation especially to Kevin, Scott, and his team for the beautiful new sunroom.
