services the property next door to mine in williamsburg, always crossing my property to access the yard next door and while doing so, they damage my property or move my garbage cans but they do not put them back.

This companies lawn service is a disaster. Hopefully your HOA isn't using them. Within 6 months of moving into my new home where they provide lawn service my property has damaged almost every time they are on the property. I've since had to make a claim to my HOA and literally ban them from servicing the property.

I live in a community where Southwood does the homeowners' lawns. Southwood have a very friendly, professional, and respectful crew. After living here for 10 years, I have been happy with their service and never had an issue. A few days ago, I noticed some cut HVAC wires a few days ago, I reported it and today, the President/James came out to update me... asking me to send him a receipt and he will mail a check. How quick was that! So this company is definitely 5 Stars!

I hired Southwood to do landscaping in my front yard. They did a good job on the landscaping but broke an irrigation pipe while they were digging out the old landscaping. I have made many, many calls and left messages with Southwood's Office Manager and to the President / foreman, Isrrael, and did not even get the courtesy of a return phone call. They were very responsive when wanting to win my business, but will not even call me back now. Unfortunately this unresponsiveness speaks much louder than the work they did. Based on this I would definitely NOT hire Southwood Landscaping, Inc. again nor would I refer any friends to this business.

Looks like they like to destroy things, very rude people awful service
