We hired this electric company and paid them upfront for a project in our home. It has now been over 4 months and the job is still not finished. Every time we asked about the status, they told us “next week,” but that week never came. This constant runaround has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and trust. A reputable company should not treat customers this way, especially after taking full payment before completing the work. I strongly urge others to avoid this company if you value honesty, accountability, and getting your project done on time.

Very unprofessional. I paid for service full amount before project was fully finished. For the past 4 months they barely replying to my emails and saying it will be done. It’s still not done. Avoid this company!
