Extremely expensive and the service they offer is subpar. I was charged $160 for 2 hours of service to clean a 1,200 square foot condo, and I was told that this was a “promotion”. I ended up hiring them anyway, because I needed someone to come urgently and they were available. They sent 2 cleaners for my small condo, which could have easily been handled by 1 person for a lower price. They were professional, polite and did an okay job, but at that price, I wasn’t expecting to have to dust certain items that they missed after they left. They hadn’t moved some items too, and just dusted and vacuumed around them. They also missed the stairs in my entrance, which I had to ask them to vacuum before they left. I feel like I was seriously overcharged for the service I received and won’t be hiri

SP Cleaning Services oversees our apartment turn over cleanings at many of the Chinburg residences. Their team is always kind, professional, and always on time. They transform units into sparkling clean apartments and always leave the units in great condition. I would highly recommend their team!
