Will never use them again!! I should have turned them away when I saw what a mess the back of their truck was and dirty too! 1. Could not remove a stain, similar to what the prior company was able to remove. I believe they did not pretreat sufficiently. 2. Got significant water on a hardwood floor and never even noticed, fortunately I did and wiped it up. 3. Left a huge stain 3x5 in my driveway, from their leaking cleaning equipment running in the truck. Not sure if it’s a chemical stain, or oil from the engine running the steamer. 4. Scratched an expensive deck by dragging a a metal hose fitting across the deck. 5.Left the leaking treatment bucket sprayer on a hard wood floor, which I also moved and cleaned up.Lacking focus and attention to detail. 6. The guys were really great. They went through the whole process and explained everything they were doing. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. The air coming from my vents is now clean and fresh smelling. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. 5 stars 🌟

Service was amazing; fast, professional, and informative. The team was very polite and accommodating. They were even able to work me into an earlier time slot (with 24 hours notice) after they had a cancelation. They walked me through what they were doing and provided some after care tips to help make sure everything stays nice. We even had the hard wood floor service done, and they look amazing!

They were friendly and professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. The guys (Jackson and Brendan) who serviced our air vents were very nice, efficient, and made the process as easy as possible. They explained how the cleaning worked and even showed us photos and physical evidence of all the dust they were able to clean out of our air ducts/returns. Happy with our service today! :)
