SP+ Parking 2301 McGee

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever endured. I arrived at the event at 12 PM on a Saturday, expecting something reasonabl and what did I get? A chaotic nightmare. As soon as we drove up a staff member was just waving people through, casually saying no ticket was needed, completely ignoring any semblance of organization or communication. It took an agonizing 15 minutes just to find a place to park, and once I finally managed that, I was subjected to a miserable, over crowded, hour at the event itself. But the real nightmare started when I attempted to leave. It took a mind-boggling 56 minutes just to crawl out of that hellhole! And for what? Absolutely no warning that I would have to download an app and pay online for parking. NO ONE TOLD US! Instead, we found out when over 1

Deceptive naming -- there are several lots located much closer to Crown Center. This parking garage primarily serves a convention center that is a 5-10 minute walk from where you're probably trying to go.

Everything about the visit was great, however the amount of time it takes to leave the garage is abysmal. If you have reservations make sure to leave an hour early.

Love the service. Convenient location for SSA hearings and my work as a Certified Spanish Interpreter.

This is not at all a good parking spot for crown center. It’s very far away.
