SP+ Parking @ 711 West End Ave

The first person I encountered at the garage was brusk but when I went to retrieve my car, Starlin assisted me and was absolutely 5 stars. He was quick, courteous, friendly, professional, and had a positive attitude. All businesses should hire employees like Starlin because good customer service is critical.

This is not a review of SP+, who don't own the garage any more, or of the guys who work there, who are great. This garage has been bought by Metropolis, an AI/tech-heavy company that fancies itself a disruptor. We've been monthly parkers in this garage for years and have never had any complaint. The guys who work there are very nice, they take good care of the cars, and they're reliable and professional. Unfortunately, Metropolis bought the garage recently, and dealing with them has been a complete circus. We were told that we had to re-create our monthly account ("subscription" as they call it), but we could not do so in that garage. The app and website would not let us select that garage, and instead were trying to get us to choose something in Brooklyn or Jersey City. Of course I call
