SP+ Parking

This new management is the worst. This is the second time someone else parked in my spot and when I informed the security guy he had me park in the daily parking spot. If I have to park in daily parking spot, why would I pay them for monthly! The security guy's response was he doesn't monitor who comes in and where people are supposed to park. I mean if it's not his responsibility then why is he there? Isn't he supposed to guide people where to park or there should be signs for daily parking people to park where they are supposed to!! I will not be paying a single penny for this 2 days hassle!!

The manager Lily Beth is very hands on and professional. She listens to your concerns and tries to address them. The staff are friendly just hope the price doesn’t go up again . Safer than parking on the streets be sure to always lock your doors though sometimes druggies roam looking for unlocked doors.

This parking spot is horrible. I have to walk up to 10th floor almost every days. The elevator is not working for last 3 years and they fixed it this year but it’s not working 20 days in a month. Also homeless is peeing and vomiting on the stairs. It’s scary that most of the time you gonna see creepy person on the stairs.

There are cars in there that look like they haven't been moved in around 20 years. One of them, a white Nissan on one of the upper floors, still has a 2000 inspection sticker and Lady Liberty plates. When are you going to have these delinquent vehicles removed and free up some spots for people willing to pay?

Have been calling for a Parking in Parkchester since AUGUST 2021 at any of their 3 parking lots. According to the "Manager" I'm on their waiting list. It's been 9 months now, I am still waiting. "Call next Monday, okay?" "We are full, sorry." "Whats your name, are you in the wait list?" Please advise if my review sounds fake, I have the call records.
